ISSUE

Suppressed rifles do not behave realistically.

  1. Adding a suppressor changes available fire modes.
  2. Muzzle velocity is altered.

    PROPOSED SOLUTION

  3. Suppressors should only change sound.
  4. Consider increasing full-auto cyclic rate on gas guns when suppressor is attached, as per real life.

Also issue: suppressors have their own recoil values and do not reflect the recoil of the weapon itself.

Also issue: Weapons of unlike type and barrel can mount the same suppressors if they are the same caliber. Chances of OPFOR and BLUFOR using the same thread for their suppressors: slim, IMO.
