No explicit CBA dependency. #10

I managed to load tmr successfully, but it just wasn't working any differently. I narrowed it down to CBA not being loaded.

I suggest making an explicit dependency on cba, such that if the module requires it, you get an error message as the game loads if it's not there.

Thanks for the report. Although I know better, I forgot.

Fixed in 02a3f134bedbe915543c1e50de5d1cc812fac75f.

Will be included in 0.2.2.
