PCMLs still have to be loaded if taken from a crate #2

ISSUE

  1. If an unused PCML launcher is taken from a crate or from a body, it still has to have a missile loaded into it.
  2. Missiles can be removed from unused PCMLs and added to the inventory for no reason.
  3. It is therefore possible to find an unused PCML without any ammo, making it useless and creating a confusing situation.

    PROPOSED SOLUTION

  4. PCML magazines should not be relevant to the player.
  5. The correct magazine should be added to the player's inventory and loaded into the weapon automatically when the launcher is taken and equipped.
