Improve recoil #3

ISSUE

Arma 3's recoil is jerky, inconsistent, and overdone. It makes shooting unenjoyable.

PROPOSED SOLUTION

Make it smoother and nicer while keeping the weight of firing and realistic time to recovery for a well-trained soldier.
