数据库date字段的时间 #42

看了下代码 msg_date = event.date 这个能转成国内时间吗 我对照了一下世界时间，这个似乎是用的英国时间

应该是UTC时间，查询的用户可能位于不通时区，存储的时候还是用这个比较好，有空改一下查询显示的代码。
