A way to give people more preferred territories

For us early birds that get on orders right away, would there be any way to program a “refresh” of sorts for whataremyorders? My choices were Alaska, Chicago, and DeKalb but I’m largely ambivalent about those places from a personal perspective, and would have rather preferred to put my stars behind College Park, Buffalo, or any Michigan location. It’s a very minor request so I understand if it’s not worth it, but it would be cool to have some way to have personal preferences align with strategic needs somehow.

Other options

• more options based on loyalty instead of just stars (ramps up quicker and levels out)
• early birds get more options (decays quickly)

I would love to give folks more options, but I want to balance that with the risk of exposing too much of the team plans. Loyalty seems like a good way to do that -- if folks want to spy, they have to dedicate someone to being a loyal member of the team.
