Neutral Button Icons in UI #397

Since PlayStation symbols are a potential copyright issue, I would like to request/suggest an option to turn on directional button symbols instead of A and B buttons on the Daijisho menus. Like on the Switch when you have a single sideways joycon.

Not sure what icon library the app uses but Material Design Icons already has these sorts of shapes available. https://pictogrammers.com/library/mdi/icon/gamepad-circle-right/

Here's a rough example: image

That would be a good idea. It works well with retroarch and would unify the navigation across the board.

Since this suggestion is already here, I'd love to also have the ability to customize the button icons ourselves, for instance, picking from a set of available icons and colors. This way we can make the PlayStation buttons ourselves. My device has custom buttons with the PlayStation icons and colors and I'd love to make my frontend have the same icons as my physical buttons.

I'll take a look at the code and see if I can contribute with it.

Well, I just realized that this project is closed source. I'd love to contribute, but I'm any case, having the ability to set custom icons to the buttons would be great!
