It is not taking effect of decimals in the amount [*]. It works with "2" "3" "5"... but not with "1.5" "0.5"... (It seems to be rounding the number to the next lower integer, so 2.5 means 2)
I replicated the same effect with the ingame editor and it works there
Effect -> 5 - Attribute Modifier (Multiply) -> Attribute 46 (Shown Attack)
