I've removed the line about Background modes, as https://github.com/Taracque/ionic-plugin-callkit/commit/6c7f5a653ce2c7fd8e3915d6aa3a580f5dc0af26 fixed this issue (this turns UIBackgroundModes voip on in XCode automatically when the plugin is added.)
