Add alien ruins of an ancient alien race with a unique loot

These ruins can be inhabited by parasites and contain the crypto sleep caskets of an ancient alien race. It may also contain unique artifacts, such as a teleporter and other things that a player cannot produce.

I think these alien ruins should not be known since the world’s generation, the player should actually discovery them, maybe as a caravan incident or add a scanner as a building?
