[Explorer]: Fix `gas_used*gas_price` to be shown on all Explorer pages #608

Fee is shown correctly on the address page. For example here:

But on the pbft page it is wrong. It just showing the gas_limit from transaction, not even gas_used. But should be gas_used*gas_price

[ ] Look at other places where the same error might happen & fix those too
