[ADD] support version 14.0 #7

Not yet released but the master branch is called "14alpha1" and works well with OdooTerminal Adds also saas~14 in advance

The v14.js is just a copy-paste of the v13.js, not sure if needed. In the second commit, I added more resources to the manifest to avoid errors
