Navbar: add hide link option #54

Currently the navbar always shows the links if on desktop. It would be nice to be able to set links but only with the drawer menu instead. We need a prop to be able to set navbar links but have them only available inside the drawer.

navbar links can be passed and not rendered on top of the navbar
