Client Cookie is used to keep preference to switch on pick-up.
Looks like it's saved client-side, if actually so player settings can be consistent across servers using this version. (Edit: saved locally server-side)
Change:
Replaced timers with frame callbacks when reset switch bools.
Now player use actions are directly cancelled via netprops rather than by releasing use button.
