Ready Up: Support for survival mode

Main Feature:

• Survivors now can move freely during the readyup, not being unable to move and getting their visual twitched
• Triggers are disabled during the ready up, and can be enabled once the count down finished.
• Gascans and gastanks (and oxygen tanks) are unbreakable during the readyup, and can be destroyed once the count down finished

Future Improvements Required

• Need a better way to check entities and only hook the gascans and gastanks.
• Need cvars to control these functions above? (not totally sure if we need it)

Known Issues

• func_button seems to not be found by plugin in c2m5/c8m3
• c11m5 uses trigger_final as the trigger, need a solution to disable it during the ready up

my fault, I didn't see it because I didn't see commits with content about survival XD but I tested the input but it didn't work... I don't know if there is a mistake in my method. if your method can work maybe I should change mine or I will look into this further
