Provision to add custom App header #4

Default drawer header can be replaced by passing 'drawerHeader' and a custom component to it inside the config object that is being passed to the rmw-shell component.

Hey I forgot to tell you that you have to increase the package version number manually. Just open the fork and run the command 'npm version patch' and after that push it to github.
