tarsnode服务器会累积tars_start.sh僵尸进程 #127

tarsnode版本 3.0.8 系统：ubuntu 22.04 这台机器是当天刚重启完系统的，重启前看僵尸进程更多

$ ps ax | grep defunct
   2551 pts/2    Z      0:00 [tars_start.sh] <defunct>
   3166 pts/2    Z      0:00 [tars_start.sh] <defunct>
   3364 pts/2    Z      0:00 [tars_start.sh] <defunct>

这个问题新版本应该已经修复了, 升级一下看看
