support OS centos6

There is no "/etc/os-release" on centos6.
Node of version "v12.13.0" can't run on centos6 without upgrading glibc.
ifconfig on centos6 uses "Bcast" instead of "broadcast" as field of broadcast address.

Yes, tests have passed on centos6/7/8 and ubuntu14/16/18.
