Refactor HappyTools to be object orientated, mimicing early work done by DavidJRobertson (https://github.com/DavidJRobertson/HappyTools) and also as indicated by Bryan Oakley on SO (https://stackoverflow.com/a/17470842/1093485).

This issue has been tackled in the recent refactoring, once peak detection has been re-implemented this task will be considered 'finished'.

The latest build has re-implemented peak detection, therefore this issue will be closed now.
