Old legend remains visible under new legend when opening additional data.

Describe the bug The old legend is visible under the new legend once additional/different chromatograms are loaded after a previous plot.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open 2 of the test chromatograms
2. Open 1 different test chromatogram
3. Notice the old legend still being visible

Expected behavior The old label should have been removed/cleared
