Add support for Mac OS X for HappyTools #45

Describe the bug HappyTools currently does not work properly on Mac OS (or posix) systems due to issues with Tcl and matplotlib backends.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Run HappyTools on Mac OS X.

Expected behavior HappyTools should start as expected.

OS: Mac OS

The HappyTools v0.1-beta1 b190207a addresses this issue, thus the issue will be closed if testing shows that this change works across various Posix systems.
