Header stays empty if no measurement contained all clusters #20

The header is constructed from a result data structure that has a length equal to the number of analytes. A consequence is that if no result data structure is present that contains all analytes, the header remains empty.

The headers are now being constructed using the analytes.ref file as opposed to the results file.
