Add different ways of determining the background to LaCyTools #30

MassyTools has recently been updated to implement different ways of determining the background, besides the default of taking the minimum value of 5 sequential windows. The new options include using the median value or determining the background and noise using the assumption that noise and background are normally distributed.

The b20180405b build adds this option, this issue will be closed once all three methods have been validated and confirmed to be functioning.

The b20180406a builds fixes several bugs that arose due to the above mentioned changes. The different methods have been validated using some murine IgG data, and thus the issue has been closed.
