Background not being determined for intact proteins #33

Closed Tarskin closed 6 years ago

Tarskin commented 6 years ago

LaCyTools always determined the background on the _0 isotope (first isotope) which worked fine for smallar analytes. The recent change to cater to larger analytes (e.g. intact proteins) resulted in the first analyte not being integrated and thus no background being determined for these larger analytes.

This bug was caused by LaCyTools trying to determine the background for the XXXX_Charge_0 (Isotope) which isn't quantified in intact proteins due to being to low. This bug was fixed by determining the background from the first isotope that is quantified (as this ensure that the background is determined exactly the same way for smaller analytes as before, namely using the first isotope).

This bug was fixed in LaCyTools v1.0.0-alpha b20180420a.
