Isotopic QC bugs #8

  1. The isotopic QC does not take into account if a user has selected a smaller percentage of the isotopic envelope (e.g. a 83% setting leads to a larger QC value than it should).
  2. The isotopic QC value has a leftover square (from an older implementation).
