QC zero-values #13

When calculating QC-values, as soon as one QC-value is zero, the following ones are all zero.

The issue arises from a break in the 'qualityControl' function. This might have to be replaced with a continue after some verification.

This bug has been fixed as per the suggestion made on 2 December 2016 and the bug will be closed.
