Unable to specify background number of data points #15

The default number of data points (5) works well for MALDI-TOF but causes the background and noise to be significantly underestimated when using MALDI-FTICR data.

The above assesment is incorrect, the current version of MassyTools uses consecutive windows and not datapoints (while the default of 5 indeed can't be changed). The window is based on the analyte integration width that is used, which may be troublesome with very narrow integration windows (in the case of FTICR data).
