Add tickbox to overwrite (or not) the analytes.ref #17

This prevents issues where an analytes.ref is already in the folder and the user forgets to delete it (if he changed the analytes or measurement set up).

The v1.0.1 b180327a version implements a tickbox in the Batch Process window that addresses this issue, which is left open for now until testing has confirmed that nothing was broken.
