Currently the user can not see which mass spectra did calibrate and which did not unless, he or she looks in the log file. This was done to ensure that the user has data when performing quantitation later (including for non-calibrated measurements).
However, it would be better to indicate clearly which measurement was not calibrated, by changing the name?
