Add import / export

We can currently use an existing keyfile, but that doesn't preserve Settings, Jobs, etc. It would be nice to have two possible import / exports:

• keep the keyfile and config data
• keep the keyfile, config data, and cache

The latter option would make it a lot easier to move between machines.
