Structure Improvements #53

Improves maintainability of site. As discussed in recent comments of #52. Will need to run bundle update as some dependencies were updated.

This is really great work! The only suggestion I'd have is to left-align the text in the glossary. Other than that it's all a huge improvement.

And there's a stray horizontal rule at the end of section 4.
