Fix tafisr ayah grouping

Ayah grouping of Tafisr ibne Kathir of Surah 104 is wrong in the QUL(Surah 104 and 105 has same tafsir) and there was no way to split the ayah grouping so far.

This PR will fix this. If we split the ayah mapping for a draft tafsir, system will make a clone of current tafsir and adjust the ayah grouping.

i.e if ayah grouping is changed from 104:1-105:5 to 104:1-109:9

• system will update the new ayah grouping for the tafsir ( 104:1 - 104:9)
• mMake a clone of tafsir assign a ayah grouping for remaining ayahs from the previous group (105:1-105:5)
