Update deps that were causing set up issues #151

Not sure if this is an issue for others but I had trouble when trying to bundle install on my M1 Mac. In particular I was having issues with jaro_winkler and sqlite3. This PR updates them and seemingly fixes the issue.

Note: I don't know if there are other implications that come from doing so.
