Round robin Scheme might affect a full server #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. have many Application Server
2. Launch waiting (sleep) program on a server in order to use all batch WP
3. Launch tutorial

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tutorial should run normaly with 2 WP
Tutorial will affect thread to AS that is full (no free batch)

Added Round-Robin as an option (define in run's conditions)
