What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Import a transaction with new program

What is the expected output?
TRAN - ZL_EXTRACT FAILED
Can't insert variant 'CUS&CONNECTORS' for program 'ZAPLINK_EXTRACTOR', because 
don't exist as active

What do you see instead?
TRAN - ZL_EXTRACT FAILED
