Overview

Add date picker component in the components/ui folder based on the design on Figma.

Install Popover component from shadcn/ui (https://ui.shadcn.com/docs/components/popover)
Install Calendar component from shadcn/ui (https://ui.shadcn.com/docs/components/calendar)
