Switch MCU to ESP S3 #25

For the "ESP32 S2" Wokwi uses in its diagrams the board ID board-esp32-s2-devkitm-1. I assume it uses the Espressif development board ESP32-S2-DevKitM-1.

Actually, I think S3 would be better, as it also includes Bluetooth.
