revert delay() workaround
define reset signal
add connection to a dummy in Wokwi model, as the model's display board is missing a reset pin
configure display library to use reset pin (it does configure the pin to output mode)

Although I can see in the simulation that the reset signal is used by the library, it has no effect on the outcome (neither in the simulation, nor in the actual device).

The addition does not have the intended effect.
