X40 Ultra Shortcuts Support #678

Various shortcuts can be defined in the Dreame app to quickly call up individual cleaning tasks or carry them out as planned. It would be very practical if the shortcuts created in the app could be triggered via a Home Assistant automation, e.g. via dreame_vacuum.vacuum_shortcut.
