Can't install version 2.0.0.b16 #683

Describe the bug I have this error when i try to install: Échec de l'exécution de l'action update/install. 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xb2 in position 7808: invalid start byte

To Reproduce I reboot HA and click on install

Expected behavior Install the newer version
