i get the following "No supported devices found in this Xiaomi Miio cloud account on selected country."

i have selected SG (australia) and confirmed in the app its set to australia

is it possable my device is not supported? its a Brand New D10s found here and i can only find "dreame.vacuum.r2205 (D10 Plus)" in your list
