Option: Erase EEPROM/Flash separately #27

Chips usually don't support "erase only EEPROM" command. You can however fill EEPROM with values you consider as "empty", e.g. 0xFF. I've added "fill with..." dialog, you can summon it with right click on hex areas in Programmer.
