Loki and bump support, let's try it with 5.0 boot images. #58

Adds unloki, bump signing, should be compatible

Yeah, I'm not merging this. Not even mentioning that you are bringing old code I removed for a reason in again and probably don't have much idea about coding (what's that commented out ifdef? Is this even yours?) and replacing my kexec-tools, I don't really much care for some OEM's bullshit. Don't buy the devices when you know they're crippled.

With that said, you can keep it in your fork or move it to device files and add hooks to places you need them at (I can merge those & can help you with them), and I don't mind it adding your port to the android app once it is done. Just don't bring this kind of device-specific garbage into the repo.
