Working in Kitkat? #7

Have you tried MultiROM in Kitkat? I have rooted my Nexus 7 2013 by doing fastboot oem unlock and then rebooting, and I get the unlocked icon during the boot sequence. However, MultiROM is telling me that it "Failed to get root access".

I am now wondering if taking the Kitkat upgrade today was a dumb idea, or whether I'm doing something else wrong. Do I need to do something else in order for MultiROM to recognize that I've got root?

Aha, I think that in fact i do not have root. Please close this :).

It's working fine, I hadn't realized I needed to do more than the fastboot oem unlock step (first time rooter). fI followed this guide and everything worked fine: http://schier.co/post/how-to-root-nexus-7-%282013%29-in-linux
