Pretty much each page here links to every other page. Fabian, do you have an external page with papers or research information you would like the site to link to?

I wouldn't worry to much about the papers/about page for now. That's a static page that can be added whenever. An important part of workflow design that is still somewhat missing is how users should best work on their programs. Are there separate files that they switch in between? How does the previewed website react to that? When is that preview updated? Etc.

We will have a directory and tabs with files the the user works in in "Full Mode" (not "Lesson Mode")

I think the best way to update the output site is to have a "Run" button, since doing it automatically would probably do it at incorrect times and give the user strange errors while they're in the middle of writing their code.
