For motor control, a controllino MEGA is being considered.

I/o digital list:

• Qty. 1 - INPUT - Emergency button
• Qty. 1 - INPUT - Barrier signal
• Qty.1 - INPUT - Reset button
• Qty. 3 - INPUT - Home switch
• Qty. 3 - INPUT - Drives alarm
• Qty. 3 - INPUT - End of course
• Qty. 3 - OUTPUT - Drives Step
• Qty. 3 - OUTPUT - Drives direction
• Qty. 1 - OUTPUT - Drives enable

So, I need 12 inputs and 7 outputs. A total of 19 i/o digital.

Controlino

• The Controlino Maxi exactly the expected number of inputs, which is not a good practice because in the future you might want to control something else.
• The Controllinno Maxi automation has one more output than expected, but once again having only one reserve output is not enough.
• The Controllinno MEGA has enough inputs/outputs and the price ratio when compared with the Controllino MAXI is advantageous.

While I don't have the controllino I'll use an arduino mega.
