Topographical LOD0 Point representation #11

With the refined topographical modelling we introduced the possibility to represent network objects in LOD0 with GM_Curve geometry and GM_MultiSurface geometry. However, I think we should also allow objects to be represented in LOD0 with GM_Point geometry. The current test data sets, for instance, often represent TerminalComponents as points. These data sets can currently not be mapped to the latest draft, as there is no topographical GM_Point representation for LOD0 defined.
