Create a Way for Admins to Delete Spam Lists #1956

The Problem

It's possible for us to delete spam sentences, but recently one of the SEO spammer guys has figured out a way to leave a spam message in the list of lists.

Suggestion

I suggest that we have some way to allow admins to delete spam lists. An alternative would be to allow admins to rename lists of the spammer, for example "Blank List". Another alternative would be to allow admins to hide the list or turn it private.
