Kelantan is in Malaysia and Pattani is in Thailand. Could you add the language as Kelantan-Pattani Malay to include speakers from both countries as in Wikipedia? Kelantanese Malay doesn't have an individual ISO 639-3 code, so including it could make it more instructive and easier to find when users want to search and add that variety to their profiles.
