Flag sensitive sentences #3018

Allow or require users to flag sensitive sentences: sentences that use curse words, that allude to violence, sex, or religion, or that say negative things about real-world people, companies, or countries. Allow users to hide such sentences on the front page, in search results, and in user profiles. Allow users to hide such sentences by default.
